Double Ninth Festival

The Double Ninth Festival is a traditional festival in the cultural circle with Chinese characters. It falls on the ninth day of the ninth lunar month every year. The word "Double Ninth Festival" first appeared in the Three Kingdoms period. Because the two Yang numbers "Nine Nine" in the Book of Changes coincide with each other, it is named "Double Ninth Festival".
